How long do custom orders take?
All custom pieces are handcrafted to your exact measurements and take 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. We send you progress updates throughout the entire process.

Can I change my measurements after ordering?
Yes — within 48 hours of placing a custom order you may update your measurements. After that, free alterations are available upon delivery if the fit isn't perfect.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to 60+ countries in elegant protective packaging. Shipping times vary by destination — typically 7–14 business days after your piece is ready and dispatched.

What is your returns policy?
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Custom-made pieces are non-refundable but we offer free alterations if the fit is not perfect.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — we work with boutiques, theatre companies and costume departments. Contact us with your requirements and we will send our wholesale enquiry form promptly.
