Absolutely — bespoke is our specialty. Share inspiration images, mood boards, sketches or describe your vision in detail. Our artisans can create virtually any style of corset, harness, or costume including theatrical pieces, historical reproductions and avant-garde designs.

Standard custom orders take 4–6 weeks from confirmed measurements and design approval. Rush orders (2–3 weeks) are available for an additional fee. Highly complex theatrical or multi-piece costumes may take 6–10 weeks.

You will receive progress updates at key milestones — fabric cutting, boning assembly, and finishing.

After placing your order we send a detailed Measurement Guide with photos and step-by-step instructions. Key measurements we require: bust, underbust, natural waist, high hip, full hip, and torso length.

Never pull the tape too tight — measure over thin clothing for the most accurate results.

Every Dream Corset is made to your exact measurements — there are no standard sizes at all. Whether you have a high waist, long torso, asymmetrical hips, or post-surgery considerations, our artisans draft your pattern individually from your numbers.

For first-time wearers we recommend a 2–3 inch reduction for comfortable all-day wear. Experienced wearers can achieve 4–6 inches or more. Always start smaller and work up gradually — never force lacing beyond comfort.

All structured corsets benefit from a "seasoning" period — wearing loosely for the first 8–12 sessions (1–2 hours each) allows the boning and fabric to mould gently to your body's curves. After seasoning you can lace progressively tighter.

Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering. We declare the correct commercial value on all packages and cannot mark items as gifts — this is a legal requirement.

All shipments include insurance coverage. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos if applicable. We will open a courier claim and either resend or refund — whichever you prefer.

Because every piece is made exclusively to your measurements, we cannot offer returns for change of mind. However, if the piece does not match your approved design or has a construction defect, we will remake or fully refund — no questions asked.

We stand behind our Perfect Fit Promise: if your corset does not fit as expected based on the measurements you provided, we will alter it at no extra charge. We also cover return shipping for fit issues.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 30% non-refundable deposit applies as materials will have been cut. Design modifications may be possible in the first week — contact us as early as possible.

Corsets should never be machine-washed or submerged in water — this damages the steel boning and warps the structure. Spot-clean the outer fabric with a lightly damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry flat, away from direct heat.

For deep cleaning we recommend professional dry cleaning. Always inform the cleaner that the garment contains steel boning.

Store flat or loosely rolled — never tightly folded — in the luxury box it arrived in, or on a padded hanger in a cool dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric colour. Allow it to air for at least an hour after each wear before storing.

With proper care, a Dream Corset is a lifelong garment. Our rust-proofed steel bones, hand-selected fabrics, and double-stitched seams are built for durability. Many customers wear their pieces regularly for 5–10+ years without degradation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Prices are listed in USD — your bank converts at the current exchange rate.

For custom orders we require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete and before dispatch. This secures your order while keeping final payment until it is ready.
